Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation (CHE accredited)

Objectives:
The main objective of the centre is to equip those with an entrepreneurial wish to become “job creators” rather that “job seekers”. Partici¬pants will be taught methods of applying crea¬tivity and innovation in staring a new business or within an existing business. They’ll also be equipped with skills to implement business es-sentials in running a successful business, ways to manage their customers and skills in managing people and how to lead them.
Structure:
Four contact teaching blocks of 5 days each (20 days)
Self study
Individual and group assignments plus a Business Plan.

  • Business Essentials for Entrepreneurs and SMEs
  • People Management and Leadership
  • The future business.
Entrance requirements:
Participants will be selected on the basis of their after school qualifications, entrepreneurial interest and employment status.
